  1. I think that this is something that companies have to live with. While you can minimize turnover rate, it is impossible to satisfy every employee and give them all a chance for growth.

    • It’s impossible to please everyone, but it’s definitely good to try and keep as many people happy as possible so you can keep your best workers.
