Cool post! It’s important to remember that whether it’s email or content marketing, we have to add some personal touch to it. Email marketing can be a good one on one tool. What makes me wonder… is marketing automation good for everyone? Is it okay to just use email tool, such as GetResponse, for some basic automation when you don’t need all of the functionalities?
