  1. Content marketing is very important nowadays. You can probably tell that it will become more important as the years go by. Google’s algorithm is changing and it is prioritizing content.

  2. Hi Annie!

    I’d like to add one point to this list of great tips for pushing a team’s performance. I believe that ongoing communication and explaining our vision and mission to the team is also critical to keeping everybody motivated and on track. They should always be aware of the bigger goal.
    There may also be opportunities to involve the team in creating the company’s vision and mission statements. Getting their participation in this process is a great way to push them into the “High-Performance-Zone”, because they really understand how they contribute to a meaningful Big Picture.
