I was listening to an audiobook one day while I was out for my morning walk, and the author kept talking about the need to iterate.
This is apparently the key to success in whatever he was purporting. (It was a few months back, so the details are a bit fuzzy.)
I remember him saying one needs to “iterate, iterate, and iterate again!” And then I said aloud to no one, “Let me reiterate that.”
I immediately knew I had a really good cartoon on my hands and emailed it to myself. And it only took one iteration.

I agree. I think that a good idea should not only be said once. It should be repeated until it sinks in. Sometimes, it may be rejected at the beginning only to be accepted later on.
