  2. It never fails to go the extra mile especially if you are doing it for your customers. They will appreciate your effort and return it with their loyalty.

  3. Your customers will always appreciate the extra effort. Even if it may look small, they will know that you took some time to do it. It may not have a massive impact on sales but it’s a good way to spread the love.

    I remember when I used to order products by mail back in the 1970s and 1980s from a couple of companies that not only sent me what I ordered but, also, sent me “stocking stuffers” that were both delightful and useful.
