Step 1: Access the Jobs on Facebook Feature

To access this feature, log in to your Facebook business page and navigate to the content badges just below the text area where you “write something” to create a new post.

Click the “Publish a job post” option.

    It is nice that there is now a guide for this. It is good that Facebook is allowing this but I hardly know how to post a job on it.

  3. I think that Facebook has addeda feature that will make it similar to LinkedIn. LinkedIn better look out.

    • I can see why you can say that it seems to be taking over LinkedIn. But I am sure that their features will still be a bit different from each other.

    How in the world do you change the audience? I can only target people by geo location, but can’t sort them by interests or by age. I am looking for ages 22-40 and instead it’s targeting 18-65+..

    • Most likely does do not allow it because you cannot discriminate based on age if your organization has over 20 employees by Federal Law in the USA. In some states, the number could be less, so they just made it so no one can change the age range. That is my best guess.
