    I guess that doesn’t mean that you should always be answering the questions of your market. It is about being there when they need you.

  2. I like that you suggested choosing a service that always answers fast, so they don’t miss a call. I have been wanting to start a business but I would need some help with the phones. I can see how it would be good to choose a fast answering service, so I don’t have to worry about customers feeling forgotten.
