  1. Far too many local businesses do a terrible job with their web presence (this includes web site, social media, etc.) It’s not hard or expensive to meet the minimum “requirements” so that your customers and future customers view you as credible online.

    • For sure – I think a lot of local businesses think they don’t have to worry about that if they don’t actually sell anything online, but that’s not the case
