  2. Here’s something else that frustrates me when I’m calling a business: When the person I’m talking to doesn’t take ownership of my problem. I know they’re usually not the highest paid people, but when I get the feeling they’re just following a script (i.e. telling me what the policy is instead of telling me potential solutions) or that they are just trying to figure out who to pawn me off on then I’ll get frustrated in no time.
