Glass Ceiling Business Cartoon

Sometimes writing a cartoon is just illustrating a phrase in a funny way. The higher-ups want to see you, so they put this window in the floor so they can watch you. Done and done.

That being said, this cartoon had its challenges: drawing at that weird angle, fitting three people in that window, trying to avoid any glass ceiling connotations…

It all evens out I guess.

  1. Haha! I love how this drawn. It is creepy but it evokes the same feeling that you are feeling.

  2. Sometimes, it can feel like this especially if you are always on surveillance when you work.

  3. The thing is this can somehow suppress creativity. The more you are watched, the less you are able to focus on work. At least, that’s how it is for me.
