We recently switched over to IP phones and have already seen savings and our service provider was offering us this feature as an add on but we were hesitant to add this feature to our arsenal. However, we have already seen benefits from this technology as a large amount of our staff are always on the road attending to tree service calls and this keeps them connected with the dispatch center without having to incur any long distance cell phone charges. As a small business owner wherever we can find efficiencies helps us with our bottom line.
