In this day and age what I see most is that the communication channels don’t sync well between each other so you end up saying one thing to a customer through a chat, and someone else emails them not knowing about the chat conversation. Also since B2B texting is blowing up now – that’s usually not always in synch with support emails. It’s one issue I always see.
