  1. Most webcams are capturing people from odd angles and not everyone gets “ready” when working from home. I do like the virtual backgrounds in Zoom to remove the background.

  2. The office set-up is greatly different from home where one can be comfortable in their informal surroundings. I think, the shyness of these employees may not be entirely personal but may be because of the ideal of a private and cozy home set-up which contrasts that of an office.
