Deborah Shane knew early on, that she had a knack for creative writing and being a catalyst for motivating others. She has used those qualities and more through her careers and life journey. Deborah started out in the entertainment industry as a rockin’ singer published songwriter. She has taught in front of a classroom and won awards for her 25 year career in broadcast radio sales professionalism and small business content marketing. She transitioned out of corporate America in 2008 to launch her own small business consultancy which guides, assists and empowers others through their business development and professional advancement. Her book Career Transition — Make the Shift tells her career transition story and how anyone can “move their career in the direction they want it to go". She’s proud to have been recognized as a Top 100 Small Business Champion and Top 100 Small Business Podcast.
