Louie Strike
Louie Strike is President of Strike & Company, Inc., a firm providing advisory services to CEOs and Boards of Directors. A member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), he has a combined experience as an outside director of over fifty years for nine unrelated firms; and over twenty years experience as a CEO. He is a CPA (Inactive). He has public and private sector experience and has been involved with the administration of pension and profit sharing plans for thirty years.
Louie has an MBA from the The University of Chicago with a concentration on finance and accounting and a BA from The University of Utah in Mathematics and Philosophy. Louie is also the author of Can You Tell A Lie: The Power of Business Ethics & GreenLogic and is a member of The Cincinnati President's Association.
Louie was the Second Vice President of Continental Bank of Chicago, now Bank of America and managed a $400 million business loan portfolio. His CEO experience includes Modernfold, Inc., the leading producer of operable walls, Ballenger, Strike & Associates, interim crisis management, Cinpac, Inc., a contractor for MREs to the U.S Army, Lodge & Shipley, Inc., manufacturer of machine tools, The Hess & Eisenhardt Company, manufacturer of armored cars for the U.S. Secret Service, as well as for heads of state; funeral coaches for Cadillac, convertibles for Jaguar of North America.
Louie was also a Senior Fellow at the UCLA School of Public Policy and Social Research and has a published article in the Los Angeles Business Journal, "California Needs TV A-Type Power Plan," June 18, 2001, which focused on the California energy crisis.
