The company announced Aug. 11 the launch of Velo Prime, an AI-powered “co-founder” designed to help entrepreneurs build and operate businesses through a network of specialized AI agents. Unlike traditional AI assistants that wait for individual prompts, Velo Prime is designed to identify what a business needs next and carry out approved tasks on the founder’s behalf.
The platform reflects a broader shift toward agentic AI, where software moves beyond generating recommendations and begins performing actual business functions.
What Velo Prime Can Do
In its first phase, Velo Prime can create a live business website, build and continually improve SEO pages, write and publish blog content, send automated marketing emails and provide a dedicated business inbox.
The system also supports payment collection through Stripe Connect.
Rather than requiring entrepreneurs to manage several separate tools, ZenBusiness says these functions operate through a single conversational interface. Specialized AI agents work behind the scenes on different parts of the business while coordinating their activities.
The platform continues working while the founder is offline, evaluating what the business needs and presenting recommended actions for approval before executing them.
That approach could be useful for solo entrepreneurs and very small businesses that do not have dedicated employees for marketing, web development or administration.
A consultant launching a new service, for example, could potentially use Velo Prime to create a website, publish search-focused content, establish email marketing and begin accepting payments without separately hiring several contractors or learning multiple software platforms.
Moving AI From Advice to Action
Generative AI tools already help business owners brainstorm names, write marketing copy and develop business plans. In most cases, however, the entrepreneur still has to take that information and perform the underlying work.
Velo Prime is designed to close that gap by executing tasks directly.

The technology could also reduce the cost of testing new business ideas. Instead of investing heavily in contractors before knowing whether customers are interested, founders may be able to establish a basic online presence, create marketing materials and begin accepting payments more quickly.
Business owners will still need oversight. AI-generated marketing content, customer communications and business information can contain errors or make claims that require review. Automation also does not remove an owner’s responsibility for legal, financial or compliance decisions.

ZenBusiness Plans More Features
ZenBusiness says it plans to expand Velo Prime over the coming months with business entity formation and compliance filings, customer-facing applications, custom domains and paid advertising.
Those additions could eventually allow an entrepreneur to move from a business idea to a legally formed and operating company within one AI-driven environment.
